We are currently partnered with a prominent electronics manufacturing company in search of an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Plan Lead: Spearhead the creation of operational plans and assist in formulating financial statements for submission to the parent company.
• Internal Audit Lead: Oversee corporate internal and external audits, delegating tasks as needed and reporting to the Senior Director of Finance.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, providing insights as required by management.
• Forecasting: Compile monthly sales forecasts and cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to the parent company.
• Commission Calculations: Compute sales representative commissions, liaising with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Inventory Analysis: Prepare monthly inventory reports, reconcile inventory balances, and collaborate with the Supply Chain team on inventory management.
• Expense Reporting: Review and process expense reports, administer Concur expense system, and facilitate employee reimbursement.
• Project Support: Assist Accounting Manager and Senior Director with various projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a Staff Accountant role.
• Proficiency in accounting and finance practices.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and professionalism in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality.
